Essentially it's a community focused work of architecture, with 4 towers totalling over 150 units that will be pre-fabricated and craned in place reducing building waste and time on site. The village is a continued research of development that addresses aspects of appropriate density, minimised bulk and form providing garden landscapes and platforms. The planning allows for good cross ventilation and solar access, generous private outdoor spaces, communal roof spaces and a secure and safe internal village centre providing resident facilities.
